What exactly do you do?
We apply to relevant jobs on your behalf every day, our human assistants tailor your resume to each role, and we track every submission. You focus on interviews, we handle the pipeline.
Who is this service for?
US job seekers across Software/IT, Data, QA, BA/PM, and related roles (W-2, C2C, Full Time). We also support OPT/CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, and US citizens.
What do you need from me to start?
A current resume; target roles/skills; preferred locations (or remote-only); work authorization; and a separate email + password dedicated to job applications (we don’t use your personal email). We’ll also need the standard details typically asked on applications

Within 24–48 hours after onboarding and resume setup.
How the service works
How many applications do you submit per day?
Starter: ~20/day • Growth: ~40/day • Custom: volume and niche targeting as agreed.
Do you tailor my resume for every job?
Yes—human assistants tailor for each role (skills/keywords/company fit).
Do you apply only “Easy Apply” jobs?
No. We apply on company ATS portals (Workday/Greenhouse/Lever/SuccessFactors/Taleo, etc.) and reputable boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, CareerBuilder).
Will you write cover letters?
When a posting requires it or when it clearly improves response rate, we create a concise, role-specific cover letter.
How do I see what you’ve applied to?
You get a tracker (Google Sheet/portal) with job link, company, date, status, Tailored resume, and notes.
How are interview calls routed?
We use your email/phone on applications. Recruiters contact you directly, and we also log it in your tracker.
Quality & authenticity
Do you submit to roles outside my skills just to hit numbers?
No. Volume matters, but relevance first. We aim for a strong skill match to improve interview conversion and avoid duplicate/vendor conflicts.
How quickly can you apply?
Our in-house software continuously monitors official company ATS feeds, alerts, and APIs. When a matching role pops up, it pings our team so a human can submit within minutes during working hours—often before the job appears on popular boards. We stay ToS-compliant and keep a human in the loop for accuracy.
Accounts, tools & security
Will you need my LinkedIn or job board passwords?
Only if you want us to apply inside your accounts (optional). If you share access, we use secure storage and recommend enabling 2FA. We can also apply through official ATS portals without using your logins.
What personal information do you share with employers?
Only what’s needed to apply: resume, city/state, phone, email, and work authorization type. Our team never asks for sensitive info such as SSN/bank details, etc.
Do you automate or scrape sites?
No. We follow platform Terms of Service. Applications are completed by trained assistants using approved workflows.
Pricing, billing & guarantees
What are the plans and fees?
Starter: $100/month or $550/6 months • Growth: $150/month or $750/6 months • Custom: tailored volume/roles/pricing.

What is the success fee?
$1,000 due upon placement. If you’re on a 6-month plan and get placed mid-term, unused months are credited against the $1,000 (e.g., placed in month 2 → the remaining 4 months you pre-paid are deducted from the success fee).
Do you guarantee a job?
No, we can’t promise a job. We do promise screening calls/interviews, steady high-quality applications, clear tracking, and quick strategy tweaks. Most of our candidates (about 95%) get placed within 3 months

What are the plans and fees?
Can I choose industries, locations, or work types (hybrid/remote/onsite)?

Timing & expectations
When should I expect interview calls?
Typically within 2–4 weeks of consistent applications for in-demand roles. Niche roles or narrow location filters can take longer. We adjust strategy weekly.
What happens if I’m not getting interviews?
We tailor every submission for top ATS match and aim for fast screening calls. Our candidates often get screening calls even in difficult market conditions. If you’re not seeing results, we run a retro and revise the strategy immediately.

What are your support hours and response time?
US business hours with extended coverage before scheduled interviews. We reply to messages within hours.
How do I contact you?
Email, WhatsApp, Call whichever you prefer. We can set a weekly 15-minute sync if you want.

Do you help freshers or people changing domains?
