1. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full prior to commencement of services,( “Commencement of services is deemed to have occurred upon payment confirmation, or upon the first communication, document request, or any work initiation by Efusemedia, whichever occurs earliest. From this point, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.”)or within 7 days of invoice issuance, whichever is earlier. Payments are accepted in USD via approved payment gateways only.

    • Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue date.
    • Late payments may attract a 2% monthly interest charge.
    • Services will not commence until payment is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all payments made to Efusemedia Global Solutions LLP are non-refundable once services have commenced or been delivered.

   • No refunds will be issued after work has begun.
   • Cancellations requested before service commencement may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
   • Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of service delivery.

3. Scope of Services
Services provided are strictly limited to those described in the invoice or service agreement. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate invoice and agreement.

   • Efusemedia provides digital marketing consulting, SEO, social media management, website development, and AI-driven content strategy.
   • JobApplyExpert provides career consulting services including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job application support.
   • All services are delivered remotely from India.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

   • Clients agree that Indian law governs all transactions and agreements.
   • Any legal proceedings shall be initiated only in Indian courts.

5. Export of Services & RBI Compliance
All services rendered to international clients (outside India) constitute export of services under the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act, 2017, and are zero-rated supplies.

   • Purpose Code: P1006 (Business and Management Consultancy Services).
   • Payments must be received in foreign currency (USD) via approved banking channels.
   • Clients are advised that remittances will be reported to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as required by FEMA regulations.
   • A Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate (FIRC) will be maintained for each transaction.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the engagement. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

   • Client data, business information, and project details shall remain confidential.
   • This obligation of confidentiality survives termination of the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property
All work product, deliverables, and content created by Efusemedia Global Solutions LLP shall remain the intellectual property of Efusemedia until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership transfers to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability
Efusemedia Global Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Amendments
Efusemedia Global Solutions LLP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
